Waterside Lofts opened in 2002 as one of the first true luxury loft buildings in Denver's Lower Downtown; twelve stories and 164 units of exposed concrete, steel accents and floor-to-ceiling windows, with views that take in the Platte River, Coors Field and the Front Range.
The location is the story. Wewatta Street puts you between the Cherry Creek Trail and the 16th Street Mall, between LoDo restaurants and Confluence Park kayak access. Buyers who find Waterside Lofts tend to stop looking.
HOA Health. The building invested heavily in 2023–2026: new roof (2023), full pipe replacement (2026), and new elevators (2026). The reserves are being used correctly.

Deeded underground parking, with one to three spaces depending on the unit; a guaranteed space is genuinely hard to come by in LoDo, so having it deeded to the residence is worth a great deal here.
Pet Friendly
Dogs and cats welcome. There's a dog off-leash area across the river, and Confluence Park is two blocks out. Platte River Park and Cherry Creek Trail access from the front door.
