Jim Gravalis is a real estate agent servicing the Vail Valley and the Denver markets. Jim grew up in the New York area selling commercial flooring. In 1997 he moved to Seattle and started his own commercial flooring company. It quickly grew into a large construction company with 110 employees. After 34 years in the construction business, he sold his company in 2017 and wanted to retire in an area with natural beauty and access to outdoor fun.
He found Colorado and married Kim Dozier. Kim owned her own real estate brokerage firm called 4 Walls That Fit operating in the Denver and Vail Valley markets. 4 Walls That Fit joined Compass Real Estate, the largest Brokerage firm in the US. Jim decided to join the 4 Walls That Fit team to use his experience in the construction industry to enhance the team’s offerings to the market. Jim is dedicated to assisting people to find the perfect home to fulfill their dream, the same dream he has, the dream of spending time in their beautiful home and the outdoors with friends and family.
