What Clients Say
“Jess is fabulous! Bottom line! I actually changed realtors to work with her, because I could tell she was confident, informed, transparent, on top of things, and would fight for me. I bought and sold with her and she had my back at every point in the transaction (even during my freak-out moments. She advocated for me and got me what I wanted. Really happy with the experience and grateful to have found her. She’s truly everything you want in a realtor! Thank you, Jess!”
Buyer and seller
“Jessica definitely deserves 5 stars! Her communication skills are top-notch, she’s a true champion for her clients, and she’s incredibly patient and honest when it comes to giving her two cents on properties. She ended up getting me a great deal on my dream house and helped me to stay strong on a price when negotiations got hairy. Even though we’ve signed and closed she still is a great resource for me in dealing with a new home. She made the whole process an absolute breeze, and we’re super thankful for her know-how and support.”

The Building
Waterside Lofts opened in 2002 as one of the first true luxury loft buildings in Denver's Lower Downtown; twelve stories and 164 units of exposed concrete, steel accents and floor-to-ceiling windows, with views that take in the Platte River, Coors Field and the Front Range.
The location is the story. Wewatta Street puts you between the Cherry Creek Trail and the 16th Street Mall, between LoDo restaurants and Confluence Park kayak access. Buyers who find Waterside Lofts tend to stop looking.
HOA Health. The building invested heavily in 2023–2026: new roof (2023), full pipe replacement (2026), and new elevators (2026). The reserves are being used correctly.
Amenities
Full in-building gym. With the Cherry Creek Trail steps from the lobby, it gets used.
There is an on-site concierge handling packages, building access and day to day coordination; it is the sort of service you would expect further uptown, and it makes a noticeable difference to how the building runs.
One of Denver's premier multi-use trails begins steps from the building entrance. Bike to Cherry Creek North, run toward the mountains, or take the path south to Wash Park.
Deeded underground parking, with one to three spaces depending on the unit; a guaranteed space is genuinely hard to come by in LoDo, so having it deeded to the residence is worth a great deal here.
Dogs and cats welcome. There's a dog off-leash area across the river, and Confluence Park is two blocks out. Platte River Park and Cherry Creek Trail access from the front door.

This is a sophisticated building with a 24-hour front desk and genuinely helpful staff. The location is walkable to everything but tucked away on Delgany/Wewatta along the Cherry Creek Trail. You get the convenience of downtown without the noise. Mountain views or city views, your pick.
The in-building gym is well-equipped. Cardio, free weights, machines. And the Cherry Creek Trail starts steps from the lobby, so both get used. There's a dog off-leash area just across the river, and Confluence Park is two blocks out.
HOA fees run $551–$2,215/month depending on unit size, but they cover gas, heat, water, insurance, and security. The building is putting the money to work. New roof in 2023, full pipe replacement and new elevators in 2026.
